Hi there.
Frigate gangs are alot more common nowadays and becuase the frigate's class ships also got their very own 'recon frigates' ( electronic attack frigs ) I was thinking about frigate sized logistics.
Each race will get a t2 new frigate which are specialized for logistic warfare.
 ( small remote shield / cap / armor repairs )
Each of those frigates will also get their racial bonus's too small remote reppers just like the cruiser sized logistics get.
Here's a example of the 4 frigates:
Amarr:
- Tormentor hull
- Frigate bonus: 100 % bonus to Energy Transfer Array and Remote Armor Repair System range.
- Frigate Logistics bonus: 15% reduction in Energy Transfer Array and Remote Armor Repair System capacitor use and 5% reduction in capacitor recharge time per level
The t2 Tormentor will have 5 High slots, 2 med slots and 4 low slots. ( 45 pg base grid )
Caldari:
- Bantam hull
- Caldari frigate bonus: 100% bonus to Shield Transport and Energy Transfer Array range per level.
- Frigate logistics bonus: 15% reduction in Shield Transport and Energy Transfer Array capacitor use and 5% bonus to capacitor capacity per level.
The t2 Bantam will have 5 high slots, 4 med slots, 2 low slots. ( 35 pg base grid )
Gallente:
- Navitas hull
- Gallente frigate bonus: 100% bonus to Remote Armor Repair System and 20% bonus to Armor Maintenance Bot transfer amount per level
- Logistical frigate bonus: 15% reduction in Remote Armor Repair System capacitor use and 5Km more drone control range per level.
4 High slots, 3 med slots, 3 low slots. 40 pg base grid.
( Drone race, so bonus's to drones and a 25m3 drone bay )
Minmatar:
- Burst hull
- Minmatar frigate bonus: 100% bonus to Shield Transport range and 20% bonus to Shield Maintenance Bot transport amount per level
- Logistical frigate bonus: 15% reduction in Shield Transport capacitor use and 5Km more drone control range per level.
4 High slots, 3 med slots, 3 low slots. 30 pg grid.
( 25 m3 drone bay )
 These are the basic stats for the logistical frigates. They will all recieve same ressists as the cruiser sized logistical ships and they get their racial HP's.
