I was scammed for a shuttle in Obe. tried to buy it for 9,998.89 i think is what I thought it was, but it was actually 9,998,899.98 or something laong those lines.
The scammer's name was darth solo i have heard about his frequent scamming of noobs and other using underhanded dirty tricks and tactics.
darth solo is a known pirate who frequents the obe and torrinos areas. he destroys indys and harmless new players and pods them into quitting the game. in addition he scmamed the shutle liek i said above and also has engaged in trying to sell ppl factories and labs for fraudulently in obe too. and also in Nonni.
DARTH SOLO can easily be killed by any battleship pilot with any skill whatever but he usually hides behind the sentry guns so b careful.
Also i should let everybody know that darth solo's corp Celestial Apocalypse is a known scammer corp and pirate corp they scam every1 so I highly recommend every1 declare war against them and fight them until they are no more  these people will stop at nothing to make noobies cry

BioMass did declare war against CELES, afaik most of TPS is in the process of authorizing their votes as well. All they do is hide behind sentry guns like bad little scammers, we'll see what they do once they can't do that anymore.

There's a killing to be made in the warp core stabilizer market only taking into account Fedaykin Naib's tempest outfit. He somehow managed to warp away from -4 scramble strength after Blocko, Perrin and Mongo wtf owned a gang of five CELES battleships.

What sa***uards have you put in place to ensure fair reporting? I've been eve-mailed by several people since I posted here saying that darth solo said I'm a scammer, when in fact HE is the scammer and Celestial Apocalypse corporation is the scamming corp.
Apparently they don't appreciate being "named and shamed" here on the public forums and have engaged in a campaign of underhanded slander and libel. I even saw a cargo container in space that said: "Shia Dai SCAMS Don't Deal With Her" which made me very sad and upset. I would like to know what security measures are in place to ensure proper reporting of scams and scammers.

No one has made me any kind of official Deity of Decency in EVE, it's simply an attempt at pointing to those scamming so newer players see them...
Beyond that i don't begin to believe it'll be an easy task or a task rewarded with happiness and friendships. But its an attempt to do the 'right' thing anyway.
