Yes thats right, i've been waiting 18 days for a response, well i've had a response, all i got was "have you found it yet ?"
I answered no and thats it. Nada since.
I've petitioned twice since for a seperate, but recurring problem, and have yet to have a single reply on that either.
Anyone else having long delays on petition responses ? My thoughts are that the way we have to file petitions under "Other" make them so generic that they never get sorted or prioritised

I have to agree the customer service end is getting a wee bit ridiculous. Hire more GMs please. It took them over 2 weeks to get around to mine, and then only after I stomped around in anger on the forums about it

Ya, well at least they don't lose yours. I friggin gave up on the service. FFS I have been playing and paying for over a year now, ya think I could get a little love on a BS replacement due to Uber Lag and CTD>.....

Uber lag being my issue too
Warping to gates full of hostiles that you cannot see, only to find that your mods don't work, you can't warp out.
They can see you alright, next thing is you wake up in your fresh clean clone

I file petitions all the time. Average response time is ~8 minutes. I got really angry one time because it took 15 minutes for a response.

Yeah but are they "Stuck" petitions ?
They are usually responded to very quickly

Sorry about that. Due to system errors, some incidents that were replied to with an e-mail did not go through our system. This has now been fixed, so if you have been waiting for more than 5 days I recommend you go to the support section at support.eve-online.com, "my questions" link, and update your incident through there, or just send in another reply. Your second incident was sent on the 20th and at the moment there is about 3-4 days waiting time because of heavy load
