Was taking my ishkur for a suicide roam through null sec a couple weeks back and as expected was finding a whole lot of nothing in many systems and a whole lot of everything in others.
While working my way around one system i came into a system that only had two guys from the same corp with a drake on scan as i was jumping out. On the other side there was an ishtar and a BC of some description (cant remember exactly what).
Sitting there cloaked i realised that they were from a different corp than the guys next door and decided that these two groups just had to meet 
So i burn back to the gate and jump figuring rightly the ishtar and BC wont follow. Drake was still on scan so i sat there uncloaked on gate and waited, sure enough the drake and his buddy (cant remember his buddies ship but the two gangs were a good match up) come warping in so i jump.
As expected they both jumped through after me and all i had to do was wait for the fireworks before decloaking, managed to sneak on the ishtar's KM as well before i warped out. Cheers fellas

Seriously small gang PVP is the most exciting thing in EVE i think, large gangs get to sit at gates alot and share 0.5% of a killmail WOW THATS AWESOME.
Theres nothing like being outnumbered and having to info 15 people in local just to guesstimate possible gangs and gauge whether you can get a sneaky kill in, or chasing someone through the belts and having to wear out your scanner just to track them, now thats hunting  .

ok ill abmit i did fail on that part, i got my armor bashed pretty good burning back to the gate but yes your right
