This character is highly specialized and has been trained with only 1 purpose in mind: to further the fleet's capabilities.
With Command Ships V and the ability to use all combat mindlinks (Warfare Specialists V and Cybernetics V) he is ideally suited to a combat booster role in large fleets.
However, as he can also competently fly HACs, Recons and Interceptors he is far from worthless for small gang warfare.
Even in large fleets he offers more than just incredible bonus'. Able to fly HICs, Logistics and Interdictors he is extremely useful in a fleet support role. Furthermore, with Covert Ops V he is happy as a fleet scout.
Away from the battlefield he can fly Itty V's and Gallente Transport ships to help out in a logistical role.

As per the CCP rules, here is the legal bits:
This character will receive the ISK.
He has a positive wallet.
Has a negative security status but can still enter all systems including 1.0
Comes with no kill rights.
Comes with about 100mil ISK of assets spread across the galaxy.
Comes with at least 1 Jump Clone in Goonspace with +5's (minus Charisma) installed.
The Auction starts now and will end on Tuesday DT (11 EVE).
Starting Bid: 9 Bil
Reserve: 13 Bil
Buyout: Open to offers

im interested in this, but i would like to negotiate an offer ingame if possible.
Please mail or convo me next time you're on.
I rate your character alot, but it is missing some basic skills in mechanic and drones while there is still alot of work to be done to fly the matar command ships fully in engineering and gunnery.
For these reasons i'd like to talk about my proposal ingame.

Free bump for an excellent character. I'd be interested but my ISK is being held up elsewhere. Only downside I see to the character is the lacking of the ability to fly the Damnation. RR Gangs have been increasing lately and the ability to receive such massive bonuses to tanking would be no doubt invaluable to a fleet, small or large. Cheers though.
