Brand new pilot to EVE here looking for a solid corporation. I'm looking for folks that are willing to help me learn the ins and outs of EVE. I'm in no hurry to get to any particular aspect of the game, but ideally it'd be nice to join somewhere that I could try missioning, large/small PVP, industry, Incursions, whatever.
My first thought is to start in Industry. Kind of hoping to build up some skills, get a steady income and learn the lay of the land in Eve - everything from the politics, geography, strategies, etc. I'm sure I'll have to be in high sec for a few months helping out where I can, but think it might also be fun to help supply a low/null sec corp for a bit -- or something like that. Might start small helping out where it's needed, and grow to the point that I can make quite a positive impact. Once I better understand game mechanics and where the corp/alliance stands, I'm hoping to contribute more in PVP, maybe Incursions, maybe even SOV. Again, this all may change as I learn the game.
What you get: a player eager to learn and contribute. I'm not looking to jump around from corporation to corporation. I'd like to find a stable group of folks who help me as much as I hope to help them, all while having fun. So if you are in a stable coporation looking for some young blood, hit me up.
Little about myself so you know what you're getting, I'm a 25 year old engineering major who currently works in management. Played EVE briefly a few years ago, but certainly not enough to really get into the game (never even had a player corp with that toon). Things have steadied out after college and with work, so I find I've finally got some free time to hopefully give this game what it deserves. |
