The recruitment process is an interview with an recruiter, and after that a 3 day grill where our members get a chance to get to know you, followed by an intern vote.
This is to make sure recruits will fit into the team and has worked well so far.

Hey there im a 15.7 mil minnie sp char 30 odd days from a cs and also hac specialised. I joined MM thinking that it would be awesome but after 4 days realized it an indy corp which is not what i am looking for. I am wanting pure pvp and thats all i want.
