Hi !
I do Missions with two accounts and wanted to share some of my experiences. And of course see what other people do :)
I use two Dominix with the exact same setup.
High: 2x Drone Link Aug, 2x Large Energy Transfer, 2x Large Remote Armor Rep Med: 100MN AB2, 2x Omnidirectional Tracking Link, Heavy Cap Booster (Safety Net - only when i screw up and dont pay attention), Sensor Booster2 OR Remote ECCM Projector (against Jamming-Rats). Low: 2x 1600mm Plate, Exp/Kin/Therm Hardener, DCU2, CPU Enhancer 2 Rigs: Sentry Drone Damage Rig, Remote Repair Augmentor, Egress Port Maximiser Drones: 5x Garde2, 5x Warden2, Meds + Lights
The Energy Transfers generate a lot of cap - one Remote Rep can usually be perma-run (besides the perma-run cap transfers). Of course this needs good skills for Energy Emission & Remote Rep.
Nice Tank with big buffer - the two remote reps actually rep a bit more than two local reps - and the cycle time is a lot shorter (5 secs).
The CPU Enhancer is needed because of the Sentry Damage Rig. You could also swap out a Drone Link Augmentor and fit another tank module - but that decreases your effective range of the Drones from 95 to 75.
The Drones bring the Damage. And what Damage they bring, oh my :) Gardes are effective from 15 to 50 and the Warden go up to the max activation range for long range sniping.
The Drones are also very nice for tanking. One remote-repped sentry drone can usually tank a complete spawn. It sucks when the drones get split aggro tho, but in that case simply scoop and redeploy.
The Gardes are excellent at taking out every size of ship. But once Frigates start to orbit they usually canŠt be hit (the T2 ones are a b!tch). Orbiting Cruisers pose no threat and can be hit just fine. Same with close range BS. I usually try to take out the Frigates first when they approach - they usually instapop :) Its also very nice that when one char is primary you can just the the drones of the other char to guard him and they do their work on their own.
With the right skills this setup delivers a stunning amount of Damage (both Domis having BS5, Interfacing5) with great tank and lots of cap.
Any other two (or even more ?) account mission runners out there ?

Did some eft-fu on your dual domi concept, which I like because since both ships tank, this solves the problem of newly spawned waves aggroing an undertanked ship...
Hi:
2x Large Remote Armor Repair System II 2x Large Energy Transfer Array II 2x Drone Link Augmentor I
Med:
2-3 Omnidirectional Tracking Link I 2-3 Cap Recharger II
Lo:
2x Capacitor Power Relay II 1x CPR II or Damage Control II 4x Rat-Specific Hardeners/EANM
Rigs:
2x Sentry Damage Augmentor I
With all skills at 5, has more offensive and defensive dps than your setup, and permaruns.
10x garde ii's will deal 1076 dps. 2x omnidirectional tracking link version with DC II will have 698 dps omnitank. 3x omnidirectional tracking link version without DC II will have 594 dps omnitank, but garde optimal increased from 42 to 47 km.

Zo5o is right also no place for plates on a remote rep setup like this, resists is better than buffer for all pve purposes.

Am i the only one that tanks drone take way to long to kill all the spawns?
I use an abaddon as tank and a hyperion for huge ass damage. 7 x 425II with as much tracking and damage mods as possible.
If my hyperion becomes primary, i warp him out and back in... Abaddon has 2 damage mods and 8 mega pulses so the rats get fried instantly as well.
I go through missions so fast.... it has to beat the comfort of laying back running around with some drones... doesn't it?

Setup a Domi to remote rep your Abaddon while having a tank then assign your drones to your Abaddon pilot (nice if you got a mission you can use Sentry's in). Then you can fit 3 heatsinks to your Abaddon while not worrying about tanking. Even better if you get the Domi to use remote energy transfers. Idea is you warp in Abaddon pull as much as aggro as possible, bring in Domi to remote rep and transfer while assigning drones to the Abaddon then the you can just concentrate on the Abaddon pilot charging through the missions.
Hope that helps.

You will get more damage out of Bouncer IIs than warden IIs. And with the 2 omnidirectional tracking links their optimal is 84.5 km, with 3 fitted it is 94 km.
I actually run triple accounts with the main being a Sentry Dominix and the other account being a Dominix with no tank and Salvagers and Tractor Beams and Cargo Expander IIs. Doesn't do quite as much damage but it doesn't need to, missions go by a lot faster if salvaging is done at the same time the mission is done. And the 3rd account is in a Damnation for armored leadership bonuses and a few salvagers and tractors in case I fall behind.
