Looking for a price check on my character.
Located in high sec amarr space, positive sec status and wallet. Can fly cov ops, interceptor, electronic attack frigate and assault ships amongst others.

well...i don't want to buy it, but to give you my oppinion:
your navigations are too bad for a good frigate pilot
atm - no more than...lets say 1.3b
but: i would train navigations up (acc ctrl iv, high speed iv, ceptor iv and so on) and maybe BS IV with CM IV - and you might get alot more

The character deserves a better price than 1.3 billion isk. When the transfer fee alone is equivalent to 300+ million isk, you are basically saying the character is worth 100 million skillpoint for 1 million skillpoint. I have seen better skillpoint allocation on a character, but I believe the seller should ask for around 2 billion isk.
Round up the skills to be a proficient covert op prober, assault ship and interceptor pilot to make sure you get full value of the time/isk spent on your character.
