It appears that FA is unstoppable, the well organised and experienced pilots of Xanadu, Finfleet and BIG have taken the Cache region from the sorely pressed Curse Alliance.
It also appears that a resurgent Xif have also inflicted heavy losses on CA.
Have CA bitten off more than they can chew and do FA plan to add yet another region to their already immpressive property portfolio, including regions such as Delve, Period Basis and Querious (check who owns the stations).
Only time will tell.

I did not claim the region was falling (denoted by the question mark in the title) I was making a statement based on facts reported to me by a member of the FA. Unless I am mistaken the stations there are often in FA hands, so how else do you denote with current game mechanics that a region is 'taken'.
However, the facts speak for themselves. FA seems to be getting a lot of real estate and yet operate a closed space policy just like CA.
I think that FA is certainly the most powerful and intelligent alliance currently in game, gratz gentlemen

Temuj,
Now we see the real story start to emerge:
Xan etc are in Cache - Fact The control the stations there frequently - Fact CA is too weak to boot them out - Fact
Is any useful CA activity happening in Cache - No
I may be wrong, but I don't think so from what I have read so far.

Why do none of you people seem to get it?
FA controls Fountain FA controls Delve FA controls Querious FA gets the CFS and SA working together to kick C4 out of Paragon Soul and Esoteria FA helps Xif FA invades Cache
FA has not been involved in a notable fight in their own space for months as everyone else is fighting each other so can't get a fleet together to give them a kicking.
FA makes sure that every other alliance in the game is at each others throats but not theirs, using up everyone elses valuable resources. As I said before, gratz FA very nicely done.
FA has a good image, why?
The have closed space (you pay to hunt, but not mine) They kill intruders on sight. They run PR events (BIG lottery)so most of the Eve population think they are a nice bunch, but deep down they are the same as any other closed alliance, just more powerful and successful than most.
Currently Curse is lit up like a Christmas tree with battles, but take a look at Fountain everyone.

Kulach,
Thanks for the reply, I will try to be less provacative in future and just concentrate on observations/facts.
Max,
CFS is incredibly weak and I think they believe that FA 'manages' their stations for them. . When I fought against C4 during the Paragon war I was impressed by how FA managed to get involved and hence finish it. They managed to get Duke all worked up and declare war, then proceeded to make sure C4 was outblobbed for days. I belive that most people still think that C4 was the initial aggressor against FA.
I do have my concerns over FA and the way they are controlling more and more of 0.0 (currently if someone controls a conquerable station they control the economy in that area). While ensuring that other alliances waste resources in futile battles.
Time will tell, but I would prefer to have MOo in control of 0.0 rather than FA

FA, don't declare war agreed, they are clever enough to get people to declare war on them
