This isn't wow. There is no "Evehead.com".
NPC loot tables are so random it would be impossible to set up a site like that without some addon to log and export drops and forward the data to said site. And, as addons are not allowed by ccp... we're back to the impossible part.

There are no web sites with what specific items are dropped from npc rats because its totally random. Now certain missions have certain items that drop and faction or greater rats will have a very small chance of dropping some random faction mod but really thats as predictable as it gets. You can shoot a frig and get a modulated tachyon beam I or a bs and get a civvy shield booster and 50mm plate. Salvage is a whole other matter but that and everything else mission or npc related are in the first link of my post or some other page a little farther along.

Battle Clinic is about as close as you can get to a description of which rats drop which mods.
Here is another thread asking basically the same question and coming up with slightly less vague answers than you've had here so far.

I did write a post detailing every single item that drops from every single rat in game... in the help and question forum.. I think about 3 months ago but I can't find it :S

Seeing that different factions use different offense and defensive mods why would the loot table be random as a few people have said?
With that logic would it mean you could see laser based turrets drop from Minmatar based battleships or turret based guns on Ammar npc ships?
People are more interested in trolling than providing information that should be known in a game thatĘs been released for several years.
But then again people do fit ships that donĘt take advantage of the bonuses the ship provides, so maybe CCP made the NPC AI just as dumb as some of the people who post in these forums.

Because the NPCs in this game are daft as a bag of hammers. Also, the loot is very random — the tables themselves, of course, are not, but there's no telling what will drop from where at any given time with any certainty.

…or, say, Miner I:s and Cap Power Relay I:s from Gurista battleships, which you see quite often. Yes, there is some rhyme and reason to the loot tables, but sometimes you get stuff that really makes you wonder…

The strangest loot drops are those from the EoM rats in Gone Berserk - I swear I've had a large laser and a large projectile turret drop from the same rat before (and the shield-tanked Amarr ships in the mission only use hybrids and missiles...)
