That just means that eariler it was only available online, but now with the new patch will also be available in stores. It's a really poorly written sentence really.

I anyway assumed that there was some misunderstanding somewhere, the fanfest presentations were all awesome and it would have been the most funny thing to just cancel all the development so far and go for a completely new game, hehe. By the way, can we get t0rfifrans' project statement video about WiS which was shown by CCP Eris on fanfest in full resolution and high quality? Mmmmh, that vid itself is already quite awesome!
