Ok don't know if this has been addressed or not. What is the possibility of Eve putting out an expansion to this game that would allow planetside and in dock adventuring?
Being able to land on a planet, visit a city, etc.. etc.. would be a nice addition to this game.

landing on planets is scheduled for kali which is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond shiva so i would hazard a guess at xmas 2005

Thanks for the update. I started playing Eve right after Beta, but had to quit due to an "Overseas adventure". Now that I'm back was wondering if this was planned at all.

The current ships don't look very aerodynamic. The Rifter, the Caldari Shuttle, and maybe a few other ships I can't think of right now seem to be the only ones that might be capable of atmospheric flight.

Oh please, oh please. DON'T put this in. IMHO EVE's a space opera game, not an FP-/TP-RPG/Shooter. I'd hate all those dev hours plunged into such a black hole with soooo much to do as-is.
I think this suggestion, and the many others like it, is from players not really satisfied with EVE in it's current form. And my advice to them is to "get with it or get out".
