Any epic goon vs bob esque cap battles? Or is there some kind of communist information black out so us dirty, dirty capitalists can't find out about EVE over there? I must know!

But it comes down to the hubs seem to be the same because they knew that's what we have here. That on average there characters are more combat oriented which means less mineral harvesting so prices tend to be higher. etc.

Well I do have the account there so it's just a matter of activation I think. And I should have some 150-200M ISK to spend as well... but will it be done.. no idea, maybe sometime next year when I brushed up on my chinese skills. Secure 3rd party service

The china server is only for people who have a chinese citizen ID number and can only be accessed by ip's from China. At least, I am pretty sure this is the situation.

The state of the EU server is because we have the 3 "power" factions (US,Russian and others)and they are individualistic societies. I guarantee that this server will always be the one in turmoil and more fun to play. imo

The initial reports of "one huge mega ISK seller blob has taken over all of 0.0" were just your friendly trolling. There used to be an alliance map of Serenity looking eerily familiar. The universe is the same there, I remember Chribba mention mining in Amarr and flying thru a gatecamp in EC-P8R for example - well, that'd mean that the Chinese gatecampers are either NRDS or fail, though. Initially I assume they had a bit crazy times, 'cause they started with all the bells and whistles, but naturally skilling takes time. Things like having built a few dreads without anyone who can fly them and stuff. On sub rates, according to Chribba's EVE Offline site, Serenity has now 3030 players online, with a maximum amount of a little bit over 5k today and a little less than 5.8k as the record in the history tracked by the site. So a bit like young EVE, assuming that CCP could turn out a profit back then I'd assume that the service provider (the server isn't admin'd by CCP there if I am correct) is turning in a profit, as well - they likely pay royalties or stuff to Iceland, but then again, they don't have to develop the game (much, 'cept what's needed to tweak the differences between hardware and such). The IP of the China server is 61.129.54.100 and it is running build "4.12.63230 - LIVECHINA@optic".
