The ibis.
This ship needs some serious love, as it on the kills log of almost every player in EVE. I mean if you think about it, the lack of rigging slots and low overall health makes this ship an easy kill, not to mention the inferior CPU and powergrid leaves the pilot with very little fitting options.
Also, the hardpoints for the ibis are certainly not reflective of a Caldari pilot, seeing as the two turret hardpoints provide little to no benefit for the many Caldari missile techs that aspire to flying the vessel.
What do I think should be done? Simple. 5 high slots with perhaps either a 3 missile/2 turret setup or even a 5 missile rack on the top should more than account for its current disadvantage. Drop in a few medium slots, some shield tanking bonuses or missile velocity, something useful, and then 3 or 4 lows for shield power relays or dps fittings. Doing this would result in a lot more Caldari pilots investing in the ship, as well as the ship being much more useful for missioning, and the occasional PVP.
Also, the lack of a well-needed 25m3 drone bay is outrageous. Perhaps set the bandwidth at 15mb, just to keep the ship balanced.
In order to accommodate all of these changes, however, there will obviously be a need for a serious buff in both Powergrid and CPU. I don't think this will be too big of a deal; I know asking CCP to buff something is a lot to do, but this would be a well found buff.

Its a rookie ship, it's suppose to be puny and weak! You want 5 high slots? Train Caldari cruiser and get a Caracal. The Ibis was never meant for PvP, unless you are just suiciding!

5 highslots does seem like a bit much. 3 would be a bit more resonable, but a T2 version with a drone bay would rock.
