I too have a fondness for maruader pilots, and have been looking for a few months now. Just to share my conclusion, finding them without a metric ****ton of wasted sp and holes in their training is near impossible. Seems that no one ever sets out to train for them specifically, but picks them up as a random afterthought around the 30-40m sp level.
The route i ended up going was to buy starter toons in the 6-10m sp range with solid base stats, all learnings, and without any wasted sp and train them myself with gtc's. Get the right one and slap in a set of +5's and you're only looking at 2 months or so to be comparable to 30m sp toons (for that one ship). Saves a bunch of isk that route too.
Anyhow, just my 2c in case it helps, and a free bump. |

9.41 missions standing, can do all level 4 missions in empire with T2 drones.
Not still marauders, but soon.

With a few minor exceptions then Lesivio might just be what you are after. Very heavy on the caldari side with only the ability to fly frigate sized ships from other factions and no SP¦s have been allocated in any of the more industrial skills! Around 19-20d to get him into a Golem properly.
Good missile skills, good engineering skills, decent support drone skills and Command ships lvl5. Little weak on the navigation side (but who cares while missioning) but most sub capital skills that you need for PVP are fast trained (4d for navigation lvl5). He was not aimed at Cap Ships but if you wish to go for one (dread) then its just over 50 days of training time with AWU5 and ASP5 included.
Can also fly HAC¦s, Covert ops, stealth bombers and electronic attack ships...
Price is 8b with assets so you can have 8b left of your allocated budget to spend on hideously expensive mods
