Can also mine extremely well, refine too.

Can be trained instantly to pilot orca, carriers, dreadnoughts etc.
7.0 standing to Home Guard corporation.
Maxed out in skills relevant to suicide ganking in a catalyst.
Includes a plugged in set of +3 implants (not social) +
5% small hybrid turret damage implant
5% ship agility implant
5% all turret damages implant
-5% turret CPU need implant.
You have here a nice all round character with a strong base that can be easily specialised in any way very quickly.
