Usually happens when I either logout, do clonejump, or just randomly crashes. Sometimes the crash doesn't bring this one up. If you don't click on it, it vanishes quite fast, perhaps 5-10sec Stop whining.

It used too.. but that was resolved 2 patches ago. Either that for Steam hides that information. Even then, windows is ******ed when it comes to error reporting. Course with windows....
