No, its because your throwing isk around like it grows on trees. Or perhaps the isk was purchased, at any rate your bidding gives the impression of an Ebay character buying with Ebay isk.
Or maybe you have so much that you could careless about overpaying, either way here's a bump for a overpriced and possibly rigged auction.

Buyout offer of 13.4 billion for Tjarish character / archon carrier / 8 fighters / cap repper / cap remote repper has been made by Railman and accepted by me.
Character is in process of roles/corp removal process. Once timer is done railman will pay 13.4 billion to Tjarish and than character will be transffered to his account less the 13.4billion.
