It is with a heavy heart that I here by declare Caldari Technological DivisionĘs withdrawal from the Phoenix Alliance. This removal of our presence with in the PA is based solely upon a lack of administrative processes.
In exchange for our fealty the PA made promises which were not met even by double the time line set forth and dually agreed upon, with the exception of DDNN and OCC. The PAĘs secondary and extended deadline to fulfill itĘs agreed upon actions passed two weeks ago and the PA failed to meet any of their set upon criteria. This activity can be understandable to a point, after all CTEKĘs very first day in the alliance corresponded with the various northern factions declaring war upon the PA. We were summarily, and willingly, drafted into the combat and as fate would have it our very first real battle was against a pre-war ally as has been (distressingly so) the case so many times since. Yet we waged war against our friends in friendly PvP and in good faith, yet negligence upon our corporation cannot be tolerated as it is not fair to CTEKĘs members.
We wish the PA well and should that alliance choose to one day fulfill its agreements we would be more than happy to entertain the idea of returning to the anti-pirate faction baring any continued combat against our various friends and former allies whom they are now at war. And barring a new commitment to another alliance should we choose to join another. Until then how ever CTEK will seek its home elsewhere. We had many good battles and many bad ones, hundreds of million in ships killed and lost and I am pleased with it all (for it was enjoyable combat with mostly gracious warriors). Still the importance of administration cannot be ignored. The long processes of every decision stretching weeks upon weeks and still not being resolved are not and cannot be acceptable especially when those decisions directly affected the members of CTEK.
Health and Wealth to all. We are setting our standing as appropriate and look forward to reestablishing connection with old friends and hopefully retaining relation with our new ones despite these unfortunate events and supreme oversights involving CTEK. We have already contacted indaviduals about this matter and I am merely making public the knowladge at this time. assuming this remains flame free I am willing to let the matter end here with out further discussion.

personally I truly admire many PA people, they are decent folk and certain corps I can only aspire to emulate. I do not wish to slander the PA nor will I bring up anything other than what was stated barring PA flames. I merely wished to make it clear that your cause is not unjust and we were not leaving based upon morality, but due to the long and slow process that meandered quite long enough.
offically CTEK holds every single PA corp in high regard, and you personally, Halseth, are some one I respect. I understand you do not wish the PA to be unjustly bashed and I will do no such thing to a band of mature and goodly folk.
