Hrm...I just noticed one too...probly the same one..but here it goes:
Im warping to a gate and I dont have enough cap to get there...so i stop mid space then re-enter warp...but my cap Fully recharges before i enter warp then quickly goes away while in warp.

I remember when this horrible disease crept-up last time. The cure was to repackage the ship.
However, I have noticed a VISUAL-ONLY cap bug recently. It 'looks like' the cap is depleted, but it'll suddenly "recharge" quickly (not instantly) and so you can't tell when it actually does deplete.
I personally haven't experienced that horrible REAL cap bug, but that visual-only one is bothersome enough.

I have seen this happen both to me and my enemies over the past couple days. It is not pleasant, to say the least.

I've had it several times too
And whilst in PVP combat, knowing your cap is crucial, this bug leaves you guessing what you have left

If you ever have to re-package a ship because of a bug, Petition the cost of getting it reensured.

What dissapearing missile bug? If you mean that when you fire your missiles and they dissapear before they hit the other ship then it isn't a bug but a function of the missiles flight time. Missile have to hit the target within this time or else they dissapear. Remember the missile changes recently altered the the skills function from speed and damage area bonuses to just damage amount bonus.
