Whats the story with fountina alliance? me and my corp mates where mining in our .4 system in empire space when a guy from fa jumps in and starts killing noobs for no reason and when he gets to our field we had 2 megathrons. so he wareped away but when our throns left he attacked our noobs trying to kill him so we had to come back and try opening fire on him to chance him away. then he started talkin to us in a conversation say that he had a fleet of bships at his command and would order them to attack us unless we paid him 10 mill... so is this how fa usually acts or is it just a single noob ganker in need of easy money... the guy was in an apoc though so im guess money cant be to bad... i have sent eve-mails to his ceo about the situation and contacted some of my friends in the fa about this because from how they talked fa didnt do things like this. thanks for your time reading this even if its all jumbled and misplessed because im tryint to relieve some steam.

Fountain Alliance are "winning" the game right now. They have brilliantly masterminded the political landscape so that everyone is fighting everyone else, except for them. Thus they have a stockpile of about 500 billion isk in preparation for Shiva, at which time they will press the "I Win" button.
Anyway hopefully CA and PA and SA and all the other -A alliances will smarten up and hit them hard before they monopolize every niche market in the game, as they are trying to do with all the tech 2 blueprints (they just acquired power diag 2 for over 500M).
Anyway just my thoughts on the subject . . .

Anyway hopefully CA and PA and SA and all the other -A alliances will smarten up and hit them hard before they monopolize every niche market in the game, as they are trying to do with all the tech 2 blueprints (they just acquired power diag 2 for over 500M).
Anyway just my thoughts on the subject . . .

FA are not winning this game, they may have economical power, yes, but Military power? I think not... Xanadu/BIG/Finfleet/EveMarshals are the only worthy foe in the FA... they have standard tactics that are somewhat old now... they log-off at the sight of an opposing fleet and they run home as soon as they loose ships...
It really is pathetic, and they claim themselfs rhighteous... its a front and alot of people are coming around to it now... Xanadu are one of the most hated corporations in this game and they are going to hit the floor hard.

Dont hate the success of the FA or Xanadu. Xanadu has an obligation to sell for what the market will bear, if you dont like the prices dont buy and the prices will drop, I take it you arent buying, so there must be a hell of a lot of people willing to buy for the prices Xanadu sets, otherwise they would lower the prices.
As for FA killing noobs, if you were in Fountain Space without a Fountain Pass, that would explain the situation, as for running away from the Megathrons, let me put it this way, if you were a tank, and you saw two enemy tanks, would you engage?
If this situation happend outside of Fountain Space or in CFS Space, you should try contacting some FA CEO's and tell them what happend and get things sorted out.

FA ALT, please read, it was in a 0,4 system in EMPIRE space... Xanadu dont diserve what they have, the FA was built up by corporations who were then kicked out by the XAN/BIG/FIN/EVEM coupe, over 50% of that money was made by the corporations kicked out and yet they see nothing of it.
I am appauled by peoples short-sitedness and inability to see what the FK is happening around them...

If this was the actions of a true FA corp, i would be very disappointed.
It is well known, that a certain corp not in FA, but have FA member in there bio (due to espionage and pulling down the fa rep further reasons), like ganking people in empire.

wow i wasnt expecting to even see a post really but instead alot of flaming going on about fa being pirates and the few fa members here trying to defend their name. the character name was Cryptler of the corp "Resurrection [REZ]" i have had a few fa members ingame contact me also stating how they will be delt with and how they dont tolerate this kinda of activities. they also want proof.. well the fact that he has a -.5 and the loss of ships all the nobos suffereed when he ran through the system.

well im sure actaully alot of ppl kno of the fa its jsut that not many like them for wat they do to others around them. so far they are acting nice to my corp about wat happened and said they would reimburse us for our losses. but im not at home atm to check my eve-mails to see wat they have really said so alter tonigh ill make another post here about what the fa has told me.

Not sure if that was a joke but I would venture to say that you are right to some degree. They may not have the best militasry but they are econimicly powerful and a manipulating sobs from what I have seen... and I have seen a lot of them.

Kills can easily be verified and totals easily calculated.

oh and when m0o was in fountain there hadent really been any major action there since.. like.. its creation, so you might be right, they was n00bs, but in the later part of the war they was trashing FE on an everyday basis, so they learned a bit, unlike CA, who has been trashed again and again since the begining of time.. (ofc the "newb miners" in curse dont count tho?)

Fa time will come when the war in Venal and area's around it end people will turn towards NORAD space eventually leaking into FA space. WAR= Mass loss of money. I wouldn't be suprized if FA is suppling some of the corp's at war with other alliance to keep people off there back. Now i'm not saying they are so don't start spamming the forum's with BS. It's just a thought.

The PA and the FA currently enjoy friendly relations man, and more complicated issues are being handled by diplomats. Don't post this kind of stuff please, leave this thread to whatever non-PA flamers were doing with it.
