Starting from T1 mining frigats, T1 mining crouser, T1 hauler and all T2 sub versions?
And most improtant all Barges, T1 and T2 versions?
They are all outdated when it comes to the EVE world!
Why the hell can't I fitt capital repairs or shield booster on an Orca ... it's an CAPITAL ship! |

Frig size logi is a nice idear as Small Remot Rep/Booster aren't used at all atm (are they?). I once tryed to sell a Small C-Type Remote Repair and gave up after some month *g*.
The other posibility would be to introduce T1 ORE mini ships which can use up to 3 standart Tech II mining lasers to start a full new ORE-Line.
- ORE frigs -> T2 version
- ORE barges -> T2 version
- ORE hauler (Orca?) -> T2 version
- ORE capital

Don't take my placement of the Orca to strict.
Following the racial ships it would need some sort of "ORE Beastower". But I don't see the need for this. And the Orca is allready a great hauler. A T2 version might lose the gank bonis but gain an even bigger cargo space. But even this allready excists with standart Frighters.
My main concern is the bad designe of Barges.
While other spezial ships like Logistics, Recons, Hauler all have enough CPU + PG to find not stupid T2 fits ... this is not posible with Barges.
And noone is able to explain to me with real arguments (except "Miners suck, I hate them") why this is the case.
Why the hell can't I fitt capital repairs or shield booster on an Orca ... it's an CAPITAL ship! |

True, the cargo space isn't bigger as from a Iteron V, but they gain an imens boost in defens which is fine for me as they do have the CPU and PG for T2 fits.
Fitted for max Cargo + some defens
Iteron V: 38.433m3 + 14.280 EHP
Mastodon: 29.243m3 + 50.071 EHP
Orca: 92.714m3 + corp hangar + ore hangar + ship hangar + 101.064 EHP
Fenrir: 900.000 m3 + 174.050 EHP
quick fits with T2 items only and very likely can be toped.
Even the Iteron V is comfortable with CPU (WTF 1062.5 CPU??) + PG (not enough for LSE II but good enough for a bunch of MSE II).
And that's a nother point why I can't understand this creazy pre-gimp of all Barges when it comes to CPU+PG. There is no reason and no need for this!
