hi.. i didnt know where to put this, so if im in the wrong forum plz move it.. i was just thinking about one thing regarding the attributes..
why cant they just make them show the way they really are..
like me.. i got BASE Willpower attribute=6, Implant +3, Iron Will lvl5, Learning lvl5..
a quick calculation makes my Willpower attribute:
(BASE+Implant+IronWill lvl)*(Learning lvl*1.02)=?
(6+3+5)*(1.10)=15.4!!
but they only show as 15 both in-game and in the eve-insider charachter info.. it could not be too much work just to make it right??

The learning skill has nothing to do with your attributes. You do not count that skill when you are checking the attributes. The learning skill affects your training time and it affects how many points per minute you get.
Don't know how you got that from reading the info on the learning skill.

The learning skill does affect the learning time by adding 0.2 to all of your attributes. you notice that when you get learning 5, then all your attribs will be +1...
and to the original poster: don't worry about the 0.4 points. The number shown is truncated, so they're not shown, but they will still affect the learning time in a positive way.
