OK , i was near a gate in pf-346 (when i say near i mean NEXT to it = 0m from it and ready to jump) Suddenly 2 pirate guys (i wont say their corp name) come there and started attacking me ... I was pressing jump at the gate but nothing was happening and my megathron destroyed ... OK as you can see that was eve's problem not my connection or anything else . I sent a petition about it...
So wtf is going on ? stargates are bugged ????

Sounds to me like you just experienced some lag. I doubt you'll get your ship/stuff back from that petition, as CCP does not reimbursed stuff lost due to lag.

nope it wasn't lag , cuz when my ship destroyed , i warped with my capsule asap to my safe spot . I was pressing to jump to the gate and all i got was a "jump in progress" msg but no jump made :( . Friends of mine told me that this happens if you fire at the enemy , invite or leave a gang , warp to the gate using instant bm and trying to jump or have a smart bomb active etc . But none of these happened during that situation :( . I didn't lock the enemy . i allready was in a gang hours ago , i was sitting at the gate for long time and i didn't had any drones or smart bomb active .
It was a really weird thing that cost me a megathron :(

Nope, not lag a confirmed problem.... But, CCP, knowing about it, refuses to acknowledge the problem... I've been working on getting my mega replace now for some time. And guess what, it happened the exact same way... Maybe an Exploit????
