As of late i am reading none stop topics on these forums from people whining about their frigate and cruisers cant do any damage to battleships and it should be more fair. I do agree in some aspects that it should be more fair but not entirely. For example it is called a "BATTLEship". These are the most expensive ships in game atm and their intended use for is for combat. They should be able to beat cruisers and frigates in a fight quite easily and only struggle against other battleships since it only seems logical. Please post if u agree with my comments or have some of your own. |

Oh good. Another one of these threads.
If you lose your battleship to a lone cruiser or a frigate, you shouldnt have been flying it in the first place.
If you lose to massed cruisers/frigates, you need to find some friends.
Mebbye next time you can just bump any of the other 'OMGWTF i cant hit frigzzzz!!!!!!111!!!!!' threads.

Ppl who think frigs or cruisers cant do damage to BS's are smoking some major cr@ack, In packs they can be deadly to a lone BS. Of course a solo frig/cruiser should never be able to wtfpwn a BS thats just stupid and ppl who believe so are also smoking the wacky baccy IMO.
..but a BS shouldnt be able to take down a frigate easy with a setup to take down other BS's. Which luckily is how it is atm except for drones ( which hopefully will be fixed soon tm).

I think the devs have got it nearly spot on with the way the current game mechanics allow.
EDIT: and yes im a frigate/ceptor pilot cant stand BS's lol

actually most of the post i've ignored are BS pilots whining that frigates scratch their paintwork, but anyway, i don't care - my main point is detailed below.
