Yes or no?
I was under the impression that only Steve was permanent and all other Titan wrecks were just.. normal.
Or am I wrong?

No.
I believe they made a handful of wrecks permanent but with the numbers of Titans increasing daily they no longer do it.

Fairly certain Steve is the only monument, currently.
Edit: But if the above poster has seen others firsthand, believe him over me. I haven't even seen the first one :p

Tbh I could be mistaken just because it was in a thread a very very long time ago.
The only bit clear in my mind was CCP saying they'd not make any more and the Goons/RA thinking it was double standards or something along those lines.

There was a huge ****storm when CCP made a wreck permanent for a titan killed by BOB and not the titan BOB lost to Goonswarm and Red Alliance. There is only one permanant titan wreck in the game.

It was always said that the first titan killed would be a persistent wreck, and that is in the C9N syste. It is 100au off the gate and has a beacon.
The crapstorm happened, due to the fact that it was killed due to CYVOK not understand log off mechanics. Shrike being killed in 46DP was the first Titan killed while logged in and in combat.

Instead of some static thing, I'd prefer all wrecks remain for a time proportional to the population of that ship in the game that are destroyed. The more titans that get destroyed, the less time they spend sitting around after destruction.

So does anyone have some footage of this guy in real life when he logged back in the next day? I need to add some new swears to my vocabulary :D
