Forum Poster	Posted - 2009.01.01 23:01:00 - [1] Well, my little brother deleted my character a few months back,when i was taking a shower and left EVE on and it caused me to quit, but having an idea, just now i decided to check if it could be restored, after reading it couldn't be restored, even if it was not a delete the owner of the account wanted to happen, i was saddened, i mean i loved this game when i played it, and i was drawn back to it, but i dont wanna make a new character i mean ill never catch up to the othr players, but is there anyway at all it can be restored, i mean i know it says it cant, but you know there has got to be some way to do, and i was wondering if a CCP employee would post a response, well good pirating guys, hope to join your pirating soon. arrggghhh

Forum Poster	Posted - 2009.01.01 23:14:00 - [4] no, you caught me i lied, i deleted my character after quitting, and i didnt think i wanted to play it again, but the game is just like, always looking good, i mean you dont have to play all the time, and well im sorry i lied, i just wanted my old toon back before i returned, but looks like ill wait for the box release so more new players will be on and i wont feel so newbish, even though i have played the game before.

Second... I don't get your logic. "I can't catch up to players who have been here all five years, so there's no point!". That's like saying that I'll never catch up in real life to people who were born in 1922, so why even bother - I should just give up and die now. EVE would completely suck if everyone was at the same level across the board. -- What's your EVE New Year's Resolution for 2009?

This will get you at least a semi-decent character which you can then do something with
