To bad this item isnt better than the Tech II that is already out

School sucks we'll just leave it at that. And it is better then a tech 2 veriant. So don't know what your smoking. Might not be much but its better.
Besides its the name that costs more on products today. Would you rather have a Improved Cloaking Device II or a Dread Guristas Cloaking Device? I mean comeon which sounds better

Maybe take a look at the stats again...
Sure i can agree its cooler to have a guristas but its not better

The Sensor Recalibration time is now 15 seconds
Oops but not instead of now (probley what screwed up your bid there Iron)

After checking the object explorer on eve-i.de I found that the Sensor Recalibration Time is 25 secs. 10 secs slower then you originally stated. I there for retract my bid of 70 mil.

Iron Bear it went from 25sec to 15 seconds (over the past couple days). So in essense it was lowered which is good.
Auction closed not selling due to low popularity.
Don't matter now but was switched back to 25sec Sensor Recalibration time.
