Background:
After the successful completion of my opening bond, and the following expansions, I have bought back all B-Shares, leaving me with only my original handful of A-Shareholders. Thank you to all of my investors. Brock still has my API information, and for continuity purposes he will remain my auditor.
The Plan:
My business plans have not changed, I just have a bigger toolbox. I have added a third friend to the team, with whom I've worked before, and with whom I'm excited to work again. Please, if you are unfamiliar with my previous postings, at least glance over them. Thank you. I look forward to your questions.
The Details:
I am asking for four billion isk. I'd like to sell these in C-Shares, priced at 10m per share, paying 1.75% interest per week. I am choosing not to limit how many a single investor can buy. This expansion is planned to run until Feb 21st. Shares sold before January 10th will receive their first payout January 17th.
The Purchase:
Purchase of shares is open to A-Shareholders exclusively, until 0000 Eve Time, January 4th.
Purchase of shares is open to A-Shareholder and former B-Shareholders until 0000 Eve Time, January 5th.
Purchase of shares is open to the public beginning 0000 Eve Time, January 6th.
In order to purchase shares, simply post here reserving them. I will note you as reserved. Once the isk is sent to Stardust CEO, I will note you as paid.
Note - The shares will not be tracked in-game, rather, in this post, as previously tracked.

Just to be clear, reservations made by non-shareholders will not come into effect until their appointed time.
We are still allowed to reserve in advance should there still be shares left after the 5th?

As a happy former B Shareholder, I'd like to reserve 1 share. I'd reserve more, but I need to maintain my capital for my own burgeoning business. :)

He said you have not had an audit done since your first offering, and could Mr Nelson perform an updated audit. Then said he would like to reserve 10 shares if Mr Nelson performs said new audit.
You might have missed that part of his post.

Sale of shares is now closed to new investors in BULSH. Once the allotted time for A and B-shareholders to reserve their shares ahead of new investors has passed, I will process new-investor reservations in order. Anyone who has posted up until now will be guaranteed one share, if they choose, so that for my next offering they may be considered past investors. If I have to sell a few extra shares to accomodate this, it won't hurt me.
