Just a warning to everyone.. Be on the look out for Zeepo in the Nonni system. He is quite the lab slot thief. Claiming he has slots for sale only to rip you off. He managed to get about 3 folks tonight that I know of.
I would put a bounty on him but his security rating isnt low enough and he is in a NPC corp.
Just watch out for this loser.

Zeepo has been trolling the the realestate channel for weeks, scamming 4-10 ppl a day/nite. 5 mil a pop and claims its "lag" when the transfers don't go, but hes got no slots to trade, as you found out.
My suggestion to all, read this post how to avoid being scammed for general info and at least a clue on how to not be scammed.
If you are so despreate, and in such hurry that can can't follow a few common sense suggestions, well then you should be parted with your cash, send me some the next time your wallets full 
Personnally, id never pay a dime to anyone claiming they sell slots. I got my last one for 1k, the std rental in my system. It took me a week of just casualy checking when id dock, run missions or refineing. Its not rocket Science...

Zeepo does well as long as his victims stay out of the forums.
His whole family were revealed by Eve Guardian sometime ago.
Still his victims keep posting on the forums and have clearly not read the many previous threads concerning him, or indeed heard all the many warnings that go out in the trade channels every time his face appears.
God gave you two ears, two eyes and one mouth. Use them in that ratio and you have a better chance of staying out of trouble.

Selling what he doesn't have is scamming, but stealing them is respectable in my opinion, just becuase its really funny when 2 people negotiate a transfer in local, and you sit there pressing the rent button the whole time

If you live by the MMO code "If you CAN be scammed, you WILL be scammed" You won't get scammed and if somehow you do, likely it's an exploit and petitionable.
