Then I'll tell you just what I would tell you in RL. Stick it either under your matress or in a bank. |

If you have 6 billion ISK to invest, I'd recommend buying a chunk of grandfathered Dynasty Banking (DBANK) Certificates of Deposit. There happen to be some for sale right now! á á

I disagree. You wouldn't want your isk tied up for four months |

I think some of MD players are preparing to setup mutual funds. If you're unsure of where to invest, mutual funds are probably your best choice.
Some other choices are certificates of deposit at Dynasty Bank, you got your choice of getting 5% (2 months) 6% (3 months) 7% (4 months).
As others have suggested (mattress idea), putting it in a bank account, either EBank or Dynasty Bank. EBank offer 3% interest (is that right?) while DBank offers 4% and 6% depending on account type.
Right now, there's alot of investment opportunities but your biggest problem is probably trying to figure out which one are legit and which one are scams.

Mutual Funds?
Look at EMFI's performance over the last six months and say that!

Edited by: cosmoray on 04/01/2009 06:26:54 If I was you, don't invest in people selling their high interest acounts. They are asking you to trust them over Dynasty bank which so far is a safe investment.
A few choices.
EBANK account pays 1.5% monthly. Very safe Dynasty Bank pays upto 7% monthly if you are willing to tie up your capital for several months BMBE bonds at 3% monthly BSAC is a VERY WELL trusted investment other shares if you purchase them. Ignore new IPO's or bonds if you don't have experience in investing
Throw some money in each venture, so you spread your risk.
Say:
40% in EBANK 30% in Dynasty CD at 7% 20% in BSAC (as post above) 10% in IPO's that are more risky
That would be a balanced portfolio
