Lack of cap booster is fail. Yes, it should work against a single battleship under perfect conditions, but your buffer is crap and your cap management is crap. Youre better off with an armour buffer and a cap booster.
3x Nanofibers? Jebes, nanos are nerfed for gods sake, there is no point stacking 3 of em!

Actually, that fit is 100% cap stable. And 3 mods on one characteristic is the limit of what you can stack effectively.
Since you're going to be orbiting at 20+ KMs, I think you could swap a Nano out for an OD, if you wanted. But it seems this fit has plenty enough pure speed to outrun what could kill it and kill anything that can catch it.
The RSD Curse is making it's way back, it seems. These fits are popping up on SHC, as well. -- Meridius Dex --

Calling a curse with 2x NOS 100% cap stable..well..you and the OP might want to look beyond EFT. And since you're into EFT, feel free to check what that last nanofiber actually does to your speed/agility. Heck, even my plated curse is able to outrun BSs and most BCs, so nanoing curses theses days is a waste of a 4 low slot buffer and any eventual midslots used for extenders.
And yeah, the RSD curse is back, and I classify it FOTNM.

Actually, I'm not a big fan of Nos on this boat; it's true that real combat doesn't reflect EFT values for nossing a target you may already be neuting. Anyone who's flown a Sentinel long before they've flown a Curse learns this.
I've tried 1 med nos/2 med neut fits, but actually prefer the 2 med neut/1 small neut combo. My current fit:
[Curse, PvP Actual] Damage Control II Power Diagnostic System II Shield Power Relay II Shield Power Relay II
10MN MicroWarpdrive II Medium Electrochemical Capacitor Booster I, Cap Booster 800 Large Shield Extender II Large Shield Extender II Invulnerability Field II Warp Disruptor II
Small Unstable Power Fluctuator I Medium Unstable Power Fluctuator I Medium Unstable Power Fluctuator I Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Caldari Navy Hellfire Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Caldari Navy Hellfire Assault Missile
Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer I
Hammerhead II x5 Vespa EC-600 x5 Warrior II x5 Hobgoblin II x5
Primarily Amarr specced, my shield skills are all at IV. Still, I get more EHP out of this fit than any viable armor tank loadouts (nearly 36K). She's cap stable with everything but the small neut for as log as you need to cap out the target. Needless to say, switching off the mediums and going with the small to keep them down is also stable for as long as you have charges. |

Personally i like this fit, on my phone so not totally sure on how it fits, need a cpu implant i think, but here's the general setup and idea:-
lows dcu (named to save cpu) cap power relay pdu II overdrive/nano/pduII maybe
mids MWD II (or named, cpu again) disruptor II Large shield extender II Large shield extender II 2 x ewar of choice or other option is invul and one tracking disruptor
highs Med Neut Med Neut Named heavy launcher Named heavy launcher Named heavy launcher
rigs ACR (needed) lots of options, CCC to free a low, or rig to increase ewar, or em shield rig.
Idea being to keep range on targets, dps is ok since the neuts kill any tank. Should run MWD and one neut fine, and both neuts for long enough to kill their cap.
Once they're capped out u can turn the MWD off and run both neuts staggered to keep killing off any injected cap. If they get a burst of MWD u should still have the range to burst yourself b4 they get close.

I think we have gotten off topic. The original question was about a nano curse, if it still works, and presumably what fits people have. Does anyone else have any ACTUAL experience using a nano curse (or any nano hac FTM) post nerf?

I have a little (probably about half a dozen engagements in total, which isn't definitive but was enough to allow me to contrast it to pre-QR). It actually worked out pretty well - you're still faster than anything that you can't cap out in a cycle or two (I ran with 3 medium neuts and one small for emptying things out quickly), and with absolute speeds reduced and agility boosted, its probably harder if anything for someone to catch you by surprise and break your orbit. The TDs will disable any turret ship (medium and small guns can't reach you with range disruption on, large guns can't track you with tracking speed disruption), and missiles didn't seem to be hitting for any noticably higher damage than previously (I wasn't outrunning heavies in a pre-QR T2-fitted nano Curse).
If there's one area where things have got a little hairier, it's medium drones (and Valkyries in particular). Previously you could somewhat consistently outrun medium drones with the MWD on, but now there's not much hope of that. Fitting something in the highs to take care of drones might be a good idea if you're soloing.
It's still awesome as a gang support ship though and I have no doubt can hold its own against any single subcapital.
