i think this is the event your talking about but it happened way back in 06 so i havent got a clue what 10/10 plex your talking about there m8 hope this helps
Edit:oh and btw if the km's get removed by the devs go to the bob killboard search for shrike and go to his last dread loss thats then u will find the km's
So now NPC's randomly warp to POS's and siege them?

Happened twice afaik, with the second time being guristas helping Atuk taking down G poses, they werent happy :)

one of the BoB's 10/10(7bx) was not hard. A one man crew ran it all the time I think with 3 accounts. Something like an Astarte tank with 2 navy Apocalypse for damage.
Now I remember there was a drone complex that members of BNC found. Back when complexes first were introduced. That complex was stupid stupid hard. I don't think we ever cleared it. But that was much longer than 8 months ago.

celes apoc were involved in killing a serpentis carrier in fountain a while back, it was the first one destroyed ingame im sure. that was an event with a reward but no bounty.
