before the launcher patch lot of ppl are using Freg with cruise missile
but i want to know is a freg was able to shot torpedo before that patch...thx for ya help!!

Nope; a torpedo was too big to fit in a standard launcher.

Now I have a question, If I find a frig I had that has cruise missles loaded into it's tiny launchers, can I still use them for one last time?

It's a common bug, death mails are usually messed up like that in some way, especially during fleet battles. It gets weapons and ship types mixed up.

1: was not a fleet battle
2: just got an answer to my petition the CCP dev recognize was a crow with torp ...but he didnt see any exploit in that...
3: i shot the first crow coming to me he was orbiting me at 1.5k so i touch him with a named smartbomb twice 2X300 and i touch him with 4 cruise but he still at 50% something wrong with that corp...
i ask some question around lot of answer was "they are know from everyone to abuse and exploit bug"
im getting tired
the CCP guy busy with my petition got some funny and unfair answer to me...
i proove it was a cow with torp his answer was "and...? this change nothing in my decision i didnt see any exploit in that"
funny...
just loose a mega with some named stuff (f90-middle - named cap recharger - large accomodation - some megabeam and tachyon...)
