EVE Search - Black Screen! PLEASE HELP

0mnipotenceX	Posted - 2004.07.23 04:37:00 - [1] I just purchased a Radeon 9800pro 128meg and i downloaded and installed the newest drivers... Great, let's go check out EVE. I log up eve perfectly fine, get to the character selection screen - perfectly fine. So i click the caracter and i get the usual log in messages and loading boxes. Then it all stops after its finished and i get black screen and nothing happens. Can someone please help me with this problem?

Steevodeevo	Posted - 2004.07.26 12:47:00 - [4] I'm running a 9700 pro, and I get the black screen while gaming - suddenly the screen turns black, then I'll have to relog. Happens with both my accounts, when running a single one and when running both together. Annoying, and I would hate to loose a ship to this problem.

Snuggie	Posted - 2007.01.21 12:29:00 - [7] have a radeon 9250 and my comp. doesn't seem to get further than the boot-screen, than gets black and the monitor goes into standby mode. So i can't even get to the log-screen here... it's as like the game doens't start-through. The only thing i did so far is to un-install it and reinstall. Need help !!!!

Armach	Posted - 2007.01.21 16:23:00 - [9] I get this problem almost every time I launch from a station... I alt-tab and it seems to fix the problem.
