Ripp myself and shamis were the only people who shot at your raven you were like 60k away and the dom was setup with blasters. The only reason you lasted as long as you did is it took my torps like 1min to get to you :P but yeah i do agree shamis has a very nice setup with that arma i like it a lot. ==Taimar > wars rock man. gotta hand it ot you guys. was getting boring until now. ManicMiner > what corp/s alliance/s would you like to recieve an evemail from asking you to retract the war==

It's not like it is our job to keep EC safe is it? If the safety of EC is such a paramount of importance to you I suggest you keep it safe and sound from all the ebil pirates instead of pointing fingers as someone else while moaning about it.
But I guess if you tried you'd get your ass handed to you.
Edit:
Good story tough. -------------------------

lets go back before the whole northern war to the days of nast. when everyone was happy and teamed up together w/1 main goal ridding pirates of nast signatories space ec- being the main vein into most of those territories was always camped by nast all was well. no pirates to be seen (for the most part) then all ofa sudden pa turns ebil! war breaks out the good guys rkk/nast form nca nca joins up w/the pirates moo/evol now w/all of the good guys and moo/evol fighting pa(who doesnt pirate) they no longer hav time for the pirates who have moved back into that area, the whole war to rid eve of ebil has jst brought upon more ebil and unwound everything they had accomplished (not to mention the anti-pirates joining up w/pirates while saying they r still anti-pirate )
so to sum up all of this isnt it rkk's job to keep ec- clear not "hav someone else do it"
dont lose sight of what this war is about

Great storie.
As for attacking that NCA has made Ec and area insecure, I have been camping ec for some time , i have been cruising around there, and it was pretty safe , 1-2 weeks ago.No fight except for some firg/intie during 2-3 days.I got ultra bored so left.
Stars, stars like dust, all around me.... |

As far as I know it has never, aside from the days in NVA, been RKK's job to keep any region "pest" free. We've done a lot of that but it has never been a case of use doing it so that the rest of the population could roam freely and without much opposition from pirates.
We are mercenaries not the police.
Aside from that, my take on 0.0 is that if you can't take care of yourself and your corp etc. you can go back to Yulai and hug veldspar while sining kumbaya.
So, as I said, if Mitchello seems the total safety of EC as a paramount there is nothing preventing him from taking it upon himself to secure it, probably with some other corps too, instead of moaning about it and pointing fingers. -------------------------

Originally by: Koda Shamis, this is twice now I've heard of you finding a battleship parked in a safespot.
"Okay with the scanner" indeed
There was another time that Shamis and I trekked up to Geminate because we heard about some Everlasting Vandetta guy in the habit of leaving his Apocalypse floating around in space.
A bit after we got to EV's favorite mining system in Geminate, we had the apoc. Thanks EV! :)

There's plenty of em. I've made hundreds of millions hunting safespots. It's pretty boring, but it's good to do if the servers are wacky and node crashes are a problem. If you lose connection, you're safe.
There's nothing quite like entering the so-called 'safespot' grid and seeing an abandoned battleship and some indies there. And then there's the anticipation of bording the ship and checking the modules and cargo.
Hey, look! partial hull mods and some harvies. And a hold full of crokite!
Shamis has refined this to a new science.

hey man, great find and a great story!
can anyone tell me how to put a BM or copy back into you list of Places? i tried everything i can think of and nothing worked. i assume just drag it in to the Places window, but that didn't work...
there is a fine, but dissasterous line between a fart and a shart. i suggest you make sure which side you want to be on... |

You have to drag it to the very bottom of the BM page. _______________________________________________ Eris Discordia: On the scale of funny and constructive it scores low, real low. |

The bookmark first has to be in your CARGO HOLD. It won't work if it's in a loot can or a secure container or whatever.
Drag it to your hold, then drag it to just about anywhere on the people/places window.
