The Arsenal is, at heart, a military organization due to the roots of its founding members. However, industrialists and scientists form our economic team's core, and find it a comfortable home here. We are a family, first and foremost, and we treat our team with respect due to their contributions and efforts. Younger pilots are just as valuable as our veterans, and can many times be placed into positions of responsibility if they exhibit strong leadership skills. We take care of our own in the Arsenal.
Support the State
Every Caldari Loyalist charter holds this as a prime requirement, and the founding mandate of Copperhead Arsenal lists it as the top focus. The State is our home, the home of our people and our heritage. Copperhead strives in every endeavor to bring honor and prosperity to those we work alongside, and this extends in all areas. Industrial and Scientific endeavors directly contribute to the Arsenal's ability to uphold these mandate goals, however they should manifest.
Expand Our Influence
Copperhead Arsenal's influence in our Area of Operations extends both from a Corporate level but also on an individual basis. The market in our area feels our presence, both from our injection of goods and from our consumption levels. Pilots who operate in our vicinity will see our professional focus, a fact that has drawn many to our family.

I just recently joined up with CRHDA, they're very helpful and friendly. They helped me get a better mining ship and I even participated in a mining operation already!

I'll say this plain and simple. Basic ships, equipment, and skills are available. If we don't have it, we'll get it. Ore and Ice ops rock with an Orca at it's heart - Yes, we have one! Bring it! We mine, and produce as a team. This corp is about helping each achieve goals both personal and corporate.
