Preferably something that deals worthwhile damage on top of KM ***** jamming. The big CPU/grid numbers on this ships seem like they're meant to accommodate a decent loadout but I'm not really sure where to begin when it comes to this particular vessel.

Dont use the cloak, its just being a try-hard falcon with that, and the sensor penatlies are too harsh for effective use. Also, dont use a bcs, your dps is still meh and you really need the sda for your multi's. I'd also drop the sensor booster as its not really needed with multi's, fit another ecm or a tank mod. Id even consider dropping the dcu for an sda, as youre gonna go down fast regardless. Those rigs arent super either, id whack ecm augmentors or w/e. Fit another hml and sit at about 73km, (preffereably next to something with rr hehe) EVE history t2 precisions

You wont need a tracking computer with 425mms and spike.... when that falcon decloaks.... NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM Plus you can come in at... 30-40km range with faction antimatter in the rails and still do about 500-600 DPS (or more, depending on mag stabs). --

That shiny black veneer is hard to resist whilst drunk! Oh and don't go shopping when you're drunk and hungry, you'll end up buying a 24 bag of walkers crisps and some bombay mix...
