just got my eagle today and wondering if there was anything i could add/change to make my PvE setup better.now training for T2 blasters so they will be added when i get them.so here is my setup

so the stats for this with my skills are as follows:
Resistances: Em - 77.2%, Exp - 76%, Therm - 90.4%, Kin - 85.6%
Defence: 277
DPS: 165, 613 alpha
Speed: 470 M/S
so yeah most of this stuff is T2 or meta 4 T1 gear. just wondering if there were any changes people could suggest to make it better.

What are you planning to kill with that?
If you think corp is different than a guild or clan you have some insecurity issues.

level 3s sure...but level 4s? doubtful

hmm...Here's my suggestions, take it or leave it, up to you :D
Highs
5 Heavy Neutron Blaster II Antimatter/Null
standard rocket launcher or small nos, whichever fits
Mids
2 Large Shield Extenders

Rat Specific Hardener
Your choice of AB, Web, Shield Recharger, Secondary Rat Specific Hardener
Lows
DCU II
2 Shield Power Realy II
Power Diag Unit II
You could go with a different assortment of SPRs and PDUs depending on your cap use and power needs.
Use CAP/CAPrechargeTime*2.3 to get your rough cap regen rate.
Now figure what your cap usage is with all modules on. Take the cap use, divide by duration. Do that with each module, then add it up to get how much cap you use. If you have AB fitted, I'd suggest figuring the overall regen rate with the AB by itself, and everything else as a separate group of the AB. This way you can see what all you can perma run, either AB and hardeners, Guns and hardeners only, or if you can perma run the whole setup.
Rigs
You could go a few ways with this. Cheap or expensive
2x resistance rigs based on rats you will be more commonly fighting.(cheap)
2x Shield Recharge rigs(can't remember exact name)(expensive)
2x shield extender rigs(expensive)
Passive tank is really good for level 3s. You shouldn't have any problems at all with this setup with the exception of maybe one or two missions. However if you lose your ship don't blame it on me :D

because with this ship it will take u ages for lvl3 missions and u might even get probs in them due to horrible dps...dont even try a lvl4 in this ship, have u checked that u need to approach every single target with ur blasters....really m8, dont even think about it, this ship with blasters is prolly the most-uneffective caldari-damage cruiser for pve, ur tank might be sufficient for most lvl3 but ur damage is pathetic, even a caracal outdamages u....dont take it as an offense, i just hope u change ur mind and use the eagle for its only purpose, pvp...try a drake or a ferox for lvl3 missions

p.s. if u really want to use it, go for rails and try to hit targets at a lil bit more range

Blasterboats like the Deimos work for ratting because they can use an MWD. Since missions prohibit MWDs you will find that you spend 90% of your time trying to reach your target. With Max skills you can get 13km optimal out of the Eagle but be warned that Battleships in level 4 missions will tend to orbit you at 55km and you will have to chase each single one of them down in order to kill them.

Here's my anti-Guristas level 3 Beagle setup. I don't like Neutron blasters because of their fitting reqs and I got good dps and cap usage out of 5x Ions.
[Eagle, Beagle 5 Hvy Ion II]
2x Tracking Enhancer II
2x Magnetic Field Stabilizer II
1x Y-S8 Hydrocarbon I Afterburners
1x X5 Prototype I Engine Enervator (optional if you're good at minimizing transversal)
2x Large Shield Extender II
1x Shield Hardener (depends on race of npc)
5x Heavy Ion Blaster II
1x 'Arbalest' Assault Missile Launcher
1x Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I
1x Anti-Kinetic Screen Reinforcer I
I don't think I'd use this on L4 missions unless I went with a dual gisti active tank like i have on my Cerberus (although this ship is short on mids for that) |

No ones mentioning what seems like the big problem to me - how are you going to kill elite frigs?

from personal experince ive found tha tthe eagle isnt realy that good for missions, but fit it with rails and take it to guristas 0.0 and you ahve yourself a nice 150+km ratter =P

I had no trouble vs any frigs in L3 missions (using my first build), although that was before the webber nerf. |

Ya I used to run level 3s with a Beagle but i used a a webber too. Theres no webber on the OPs build. It looks like a suicide ship.
