I didn't mean it sarcasticly. If you give up that fast, probing is probably nothing for you, that's how I meant it.
But anyways... this is a nice one.

try searching youtube there is a few vids there brief and to the point on how to probe what to use and such. Extremely informative and definately not 300 plus pages of crap.

TBH you really don't need a cov. ops for this as I do this in a Heron just fine - Pretty sure it entices them more to shoot your little "noob ship" when you steal if your goal is that so that you can do... evil things to their little mission ship 
Anyways its pretty cut-n-dry;; Me personally I got 4 BMs that I use Spooks for where they overlap alot and I just lay those out. Alternatively you can use Fathoms/Snoops as those are much more accurate but you will need more bookmarks to probe out the guys that are more in "dead space".
Make sure you have the probes running their searches on both ships and drones though as you often can find them by finding their drones but not the ship.
