Bid on a char the other day and haven't seen the player with my isk since? How and Where is the proper place to inform CCP for help?
And is there a waiting time? say 48 hours?
Or where is the information on this?
Ill be checking in the bazaar after this post.

When i sent the isk - I reasoned it for Char purchace on forums.

Says right there "Char transfer when he drops to npc corp".
Is he in a NPC corp yet ?
If not, roles probably haven't finished expiring, or the user hasn't logged in yet to complete the transaction for some reason.
If he already is in a NPC corp, petition.

Yes - I should just wait. During convo the other player said that it would be done yesterday - I have chat logs of him saying that he had just removed roles witch would have been done last night.
I was more worried about waiting too long I suppose before asking for help.
I shall give it a few more days.
Ty for your help - I also found some good info back in the bazaar stickys about this same question - nothing concrete but at least a place to chat about it.

See, this is why we have rules for character transfers. You didn't follow the rules and now you gotta just wait a few days. Next time, follow the rules: You cannot buy/sell a character unless he is in an NPC corp.
Now I wish they would make character trades as simple and nice and un-scammable as GTC forum trades but CCP seems to like this oddball arrangement they have going on, meh.

Now all that needed is a rule that the char has to be in a NPC corp before sale would solve all this trouble.
