Edit: Nope incursus is up to 223 DPS with a T2 fit and no implants - Adaptation is not* an excuse for lack of ballance!* -

All these without rigs or implants and with T2 ammo and mods only. Wyvern & Chimera fitting flowchart

EDIT T1 rigs only allowed.
