I have outlined below what I am searching for in a corp, and what they can expect from me. 
What Im Searching for in a Corp
 Must have safe 0.0 space to call their own
Fairly large corp (40+ ideally)
Active in EU/US Timezones
Laidback and accepting that real life has to come first
Allow members to make money through exploration and ratting
Regular PVP Ops
What the Corp can expect from me
Mature, 18 year old with a fun loving nature
Over 2 years experience in EVE
38M SP, flying everything from Frigs to Carriers and Dreads
Regular activity, on pretty much every day for many hours at a time
Vent/TS Capable with working Mic

Hi Buzz
Decorum Inc have just opened recruitment again following a 'deadweight clearout'. The leaner, meaner DECO has over 40 long-term members and we would welcome more pilots with experience and SP into our fold! We're primarily looking for team players with a willingness to join in, a good sense of humour and who aren't afraid to lose the occasional ship!
Within the Huzzah Federation Alliance we are highly active in a range of 0.0 operations from large-scale Cap/BS Fleet ops to Nano gangs, small tactical Recon gangs or fast and furious T2 Frigate gangs. Our Killboard presence is testament to our PvP interest and we are justifiably proud of our statistics.
Eve is a game for us and we like to keep it as fun as possible. Our corp members are all good friends who enjoy a laugh and as such, we're not planning to recruit just anyone; only those we feel will fit in with us, who we think would enjoy our company and stick with us for the long haul. A long established 0.0 PVP corp since April 2004, has a number of PVP positions to be filled.
Low 10% bounty tax + 10 mil per month to support growth.
Essential:
Arrow PVP-centric, PVP is our primary activity.
Arrow Ventrillo / TS capable, operational combat + get to know your corp mates.
Arrow Maturity ... preferably 21+ and have good conduct at all times.
Arrow To be a team player ... help your corp mates to achieve shared goals.
Arrow Self-sufficient ... be able to generate ISK to support PVP / replace combat assets.
Arrow Remote Rep BS capable ... fully T2 fit.
Preferred:
Arrow Mult-role capable ... able to fly ceptors, hacs, recons (or atleast be willing to train)
Arrow Capital ship capable ... carrier / dreadnought (or atleast be willing to train)

Hi
I wont bore you with a wall of text. Many corporations basicly offer the same sales pitch. Some less truthfull then others. So the best way for you to find out if Honour Bound is a corp for you is simply to contact me in game and have a convo with me.
But I will toss you a couple of teasers though
We are pvp oriented. Which means that is our primary focus.
We have an industrial wing to SUPPORT the pvp and life in 0.0
We allow for indu/miner alts as we know people has to get isk some how
We are currently in Sc0ched earth Alliance, but are veterans of 0.0 life in fountain, feytabolis, branch, outer ring, fade and other places
The alliance has sov and a outpost.
Logistical the corp is selfsupporting. carriers, dreads, Jf's, rorq's.
PvP style we prefer small gangs and roams, though blobs is the order in eve to day to get sov, so we do what we have too.
we are mature bunch of guys. averange age is about 30years and we lead a totally smack free corp(and alliance)
we are mostly euro and east Us based.

Hi Buzz, Jack from Scorched Earth made mention of something that is very important, and he is right.... Some may not sound as they may. I know you made mention of "safe" 0.0 but thre is not much of that unless you join on of the big boys.
If you have the big toys: "cap ship" its more fun to use it. And as u know there is much cap blobage. For some its fine others hate it.
So......In short we hang in a low sec. Nice size area and also are in npc 0.0. There is small to med gangs oo enemy caps to kill/harrass. I think everything else you were looking for we have based on your forum post.
