Our corporation is looking to setup a small POS and medium POS in high-sec. The problem is, we'd need to kick all but 3 people out in order for -us- to do it.
Is there anyone who is able to help facilitate our problem by setting it up for us, at a reasonable fee, so we can use it without having to play around with kicking/rejoining an entire corporation?

Are you talking about someone else anchoring a pos then somehow transferring it to your corp? If so, that's not possible. The only way they'd be able to help is to get standings in another corp that's in the same alliance as you and even then you are pretty limited to what you can do (basic ME and PE jobs only - ones with no materials required).
The only way to get a POS in highsec in your corp is to get the standings up for your entire corp and probably kicking everyone but those 3 you were talking about although a bunch of people with high standings joining your corp could help offset the standing average

As above - not possible without applying the boot to a few people for a week.
Alternatives:
- Create an alt corp to anchor the POS, then form an alliance with that alt corp. You can now do research from your main corp.
- Join one of the research alliances. New Eden Research and Zzz are the two that spring to mind.
- Force those with low standings to start mission grinding until they, too, have the necissary standings. |

I believe this has changed. The way it works now is that the standings are recalculated every DT using the standings of people that have been in the corp for more than 7 days. There is no more moving average calculation.
This means you could boot those people before DT, anchor a POS immediately after DT then those people can rejoin. |

This is true if the people not being booted are already at the required standing. Thank you - I should have mentioned it above. |
