Ok so I just found a phantasm print last month whilst out exploring. I decided to build it after looking at the pretty low build requirements.
When I looked in this fine forum for fittings for the thing however it seems to have gained some mids and lost some lows, and lost the ability to fit launchers, since the last time anyone posted a setup in here. Are the two extra highslots for nos/neut now?
I'd love to see anyone's setup of this ship for the present build of the game.

the general fits ive seen latly are passive shield buffer with heavy pusles+heatsinks.
its a tough to fit, tough to make it last, but the dmg and tracking are pure madness!
