Though PC games have slowed down in the past year or two (in favour of the increasing console market  ), there are still some great ones to look forward to this year, as well as some great console titles. Which ones are you guys looking forward to the most? I'm already excited about (in no particular order):
- Bioshock 2
- Dragon Age - Origins (Has been in development so long I've begun to lose hope till I saw this page!)
- Street Fighter IV
- Resident Evil 5
Others to (possibly) look forward to but not nearly so exciting are Assassin's Creed 2 (didn't really like first though...), FEAR 2, new Splinter Cell and Red Faction games and an expansion for Fallout 3 that leaves the end of the game open *and* raises the level cap. Also read somewhere Duke Nukem Forever is due out this year too, but I will believe that when I see it and even then I probably won't!

looking forward to Darkfall the most, only 13 more days if they keep the release date.
not really impressed with resi 5 at the moment, as the whole horror bit is gone, now its pretty much an awkward shooter.
I am looking forward to assasins creed 2 actually, hopefully they cut out the boring ****, stick with the cool story line. I think the assasins creed series (gonna be 3) has potential.

DOW2, Darkfall looks sorta interesting, Mortal Online looks interesting, Global Agenda maybe.

Oh well, I admit I'm looking forward to the march expansion with lego ships, as well as to every friggin new version of dwarf fortress. I'm also looking forward to some games getting cheaper, because nobody in their right mind should buy them at full price, but the quick'n'dirty part inside still wants to play them. |

Me too, bought Mass Effect for ú4.49 yesterday  , and like many I've got an eye on Darkfall. Im really torn about it, really dont want anything to stand between me and Eve, but it could be awesome, and it would be great to get in at the beginning. |

Bioshock 2 (if released in time), FEAR 2, Dragon Age, SF IV, Rune Factory, Fable 2 (if the PC version comes out this year)

Definately some good games coming out soon. I'm looking forward to FFXIII though! Probably won't hit N.A. until 2010, but it will be out in Japan in 2009 so it counts. |

Doubt Diablo 3 will be out this year. Dunno if the rest are this year either: StarCraft II, Mass Effect 2 (Just beat this a few days ago and playing it again), Dead Space 2, I'm sure theres plenty more too.
