I won't say a word about how much will be paid out, though I will guarantee it will be more than 100% of IPO value. There are clues around the forums as to how much the payout will be, if you want to find them. I'll post a buyback offer on February 15th for the remainder of the shares' values. In the meantime, the person who comes closest to the actual total dividend plus buyback (i.e., the NAV of the corp) in any post not edited or made after 2009.01.20 00:00:00 will receive 250m from my personal wallet.* As of this writing, according to my records (someone feel free to correct me!), the following is the dividend history of TINY.: 2007.03.16: 700m 2007.05.17: 1000m 2008.02.26: 5000m 2009.01.09: 1000m Total dividend as of 2009.01.09: 7.7 billion ISK. I'm not taking a salary from this IPO, so my only methods of compensation are shares I bought (on the same basis as everyone else, before you ask; full disclosure: I own about 7b worth of TINY. shares) and un-bought-back shares. It also ensures that anyone who doesn't redeem their shares will continue to have a modest RoI, since I'll be personally-guaranteeing the buybacks for as long as I continue to play EVE; given the time since IPO, I anticipate a potentially-sizeable portion of the investors may not have current subscriptions or be aware of the buyback. Buyback offers will increase by a token amount as time goes on (1%/month, perhaps? I haven't decided). The second reason is to concentrate the ISK a bit more. I know at least one shareholder with over 500m worth of shares who is banned. May as well consider those dead shares and redistribute the wealth to my real shareholders, eh? :) MP -- Proud steward of 47 billion isk in public money, and counting.
