Join "Recruitee Posting" channel now for the next big thing for finding a corp, it is only for people looking for a corp to post in no recruiting spams!
No recruiters can post, the recruitee people who want a corp are the only ones allowed to post, then you talk to the people in a private conversation, this is the less spam version of recruitment channel.  |

tbh this way of recruiting sounds terribly inefficient compared to normal. If corps post, recruits can see all of their options and choose based on that. If it's the other way around they can't see any of their options and they're just gonna get completely convo spammed every message they post. |

I think its a good idea. It may need some more tweaking.

Well in the "conventional" recruitment channel you dont get to read the posts most of time, and most that get recruited ar ethe ones that state what they want and there sps and such. In recruitment channel you struggle to see the people who post there messages unless you ahve every single corp ceo and recruiter blocked, so this channel allows you to post and then some discussion in channel from the recruiters asking for more specific requirements then only the corps that cover what the player wants contact them and we ask that its not a form of spam, that they talk with them or eve mail them asking them mroe questions but not to spam them with there recruitment message,and we try to get rid of the ones that break these rules nad just mail spam to the players that post.
