A week ago my other account was suspended without notice and not only do I hear about the skilltraining being stopped with this forced action, the progress on re-instating me in the world of EVE is taking forever, the research projects are up and he's lost 5 labslots.
Do you have so many cases going that these literally paying your salaries should be let slide?
With every passing day I feel more and more inclined to eBay and spend my time FPSing away, at least there there's no-one ****ing your hard work away with a shrug of their shoulders. 
Oh yeah, ban me from the board for speaking out on the ****poor service, that's a smart business move, that will rub me the right way.
I'm not asking for any special treatment, just re-evaluate your policy of cutting people off without notice as you're clearly not capable of helping them back on without the clearance being routed via Andromeda.

The reason was that there wasn't enough money to pay that day, the money got there a few days late but I guess ****ing customers off was paramount.

If you are using pay-by-cash then leave a week for the transaction to take place. Sometimes it will take a day, sometimes 6 days.
I recommend setting a long training skill during that week.
I roleplay... there is this computer game called "Earth - The First Genesis" where i play a character in the early 21st century. |

There's no way of paying the bill as it was an automated thing and CCP is no longer requesting any money but suspended the service. It's a VISA debit card, I didn't come here to become a banker but to play a ******* game.

try reentering the credit card details if the money is now in the bank it should then retry to get the money

AND i even called CCP on the telephone from GERMANY and talked with someone ..(i have his name)
and they have not the smallest idea how to fix it .....LOL
Soon(tm)i will be ebaying my 2 account if they do not fix it CCP 4th of august last chance.

did you read the news item a couple of months back about the incresed security for credit/debit cards and that you would need to update your billing info??
